I have written a small script for a friend, he’s supposed to film it and have it done before the end of august. I hope he put it on YouTube or something so I can show it to you.

It’s a short movie, something around 5 minutes. I think it’s gonna be nice.

I’d love to talk to that spammer, the one who entered the phrase in the bot that is, to know if he was on drugs, depressed or if he hates his neighbor’s dog that much.

I’m pretty sure the dogs don’t suffer if you OD them on Valium, but still, it must suck for the person who finds it in the morning.

The man’s neighbor, jealous of his success, decided to change his thought process. “So”, he said, “I’m also from Nantucket, I could keep my cash in a bucket, and save it to buy a jacket”.

The first man, seeing his neighbor save money for a jacket, decided to go and start a  racket. The only thing left for the second man to do was to bury his head in a basket.

I felt like writing something that makes no sense. I apologize.

I know that it was the same with XP when it was released and that it took time to adjust and come to a more or less stable version, which we have right now. The new Vista is often reffered to as the “new Windows Millennium”, which is quite funny if you’ve had a computer since that version of Windows was released. It’s a big joke, because WinME was a crappy OS, full of flaws and instabilities.

In this instance, it seems that one of the biggest complains from the users that are forced to migrate to Vista is the hardware requirements needed to operate the new OS.

Now, Microsoft has extended the XP deadline once and they did not give any indication that they will again.

And the petition has more than 100 000 signatures. Go sign it!

And if this was initiated by journalists instead of politicians, might I suggest that the job of a journalist is to report the facts and not take sides? Especially in a useless, unproductive and frankly stupid conflict like the one that is currently taking place in almost every democratic countries of the world?

Now, I know that their friend are in trouble, they’re ashamed of what they’ve done (or didn’t do) and they asked a few friends for help. Something I can understand. When in trouble, ask a friend for advice, it’s natural and everybody’s done it at least once.

With today’s lesson, I will teach you how to keep a secret. You have 2 choices on how to proceed.

1) If you don’t want people to know, don’t friggin tell anyone.

That is the easy part. Simple and concise. You deal with your problems by yourself and your secret is safe. Period.

2) Pick better friends.

That’s the hardest solution. Not everyone can keep a secret and not everyone is plainly reliable. If your friends are either one of these, I suggest you apply one of the 2 solutions I provided.

It seems that these points are often forgotten or ignored and I know some people that need constant reminding, if you’re one of them, there you have it. If not, I suppose you know someone who does need it, give them the URL of this post

This made a small fuss in the medias and I wonder why. Let me explain my point of view on this because there is 2 theories on how he died:

1) Committed suicide.
2) Overdose.

Now, if he committed suicide, it’s a personal choice. It was his life to dispose as he saw fit and he did end it the way he wanted too. Not really newsworthy if you ask me.

If he died of an overdose, that makes him a criminal. Don’t be so shocked, it’s true. Drugs, as far as I know, are illegal in the US, and, if you break the law, that makes you a criminal. I don’t see a lot of “Drug user committed suicide” in the news, do you?

You may think it’s harsh to call a dead guy who probably never hurt anybody and, to an extent, you’re right. He may have been a really good guy, I don’t know. But according to the law, it’s a fact.

I would like to offer my condolences to friends and family who lost Mr. Ledger and I also would like to remind them of two things:

1) Regardless of whether he killed himself or died of an overdose, he chose to do so, so respect his wishes.
2) Remember that we grieves for ourselves, not for the dead person. Death is as natural to this world as the rocks and sand. Honor the memories of those who passed away but don’t fear or curse death. It’s inevitable.

It’s been a crazy last few days. I’ve been sick and I worked a lot on TheWebPortal.net and ZombieSearch. I also started a basic version of the site of my future company, that will be officialized before the end of 2008 I hope.

I just need to redo the meta and the SEO on both sites. And some submitting to directories and stuff. And that last part is gonna suck, unfortunately.

Now, I’m almost done re-downloading the game, I’ll see you back soon.

Now, as some of you may now, the pope has urged the religious leaders of the world to start doing something about the violence, terrorism and wars that we currently have. That part is quite funny when you consider that more than 44000 priests (out of just over 100 000) have been accused of sexual harassment or sexual crimes. You never hear that, do you? And I’m not 100% but I think I remember that it’s in the US alone but for that part, don’t take my word for it.

That’s because the Church spend billions each year in cover ups, out-of-court settlements (that’s probably not the right term, sorry, you know what I mean anyway), etc… So, the same pope who apparently condone sexual acts on minor by people from his own organization (I say that because I don’t remember him saying that it was terrible, that these priests should burn in hell and that they will be excommunicated from the Church) is trying to tell other people that they should stop encouraging or supporting violence.

So, maybe it’s time to reconsider what you want from the Christian religion. Having the power to say to other people that they will go to hell because they don’t follow the same God as you is nice, but do you really want to be part of an organization like that of the Catholic Church? I’m pretty sure (the) God(s) loves us whether we go to church or not.

Anyway, worship God if you like, I don’t (care) mind but please, don’t try and tell me what I can watch on TV, listen on the radio or read in a book. The state of my soul is my problem. Thank you.

Well, it sucks. At least for us in Quebec. We’re already one of highest taxed place in the whole world but it seems they just can’t get enough of our money and a poorer state is somehow better for the economy. Go figure.

As they say in the article, the CRIA (Canadian’s equivalent of the RIAA) was opposed to that tax because it will encourage illegal music downloads. It seems to me that they prefer tax people and give subventions to the artists so that they can make more CDs that wil never sell.

I think it’s quite funny in the end. Don’t you?

It sucks for me too.

But a few years back I started thinking differently and I had an epiphany that I couldn’t put in words until I saw an episode of Stargate (don’t laugh) and I heard some new theories about the brain and the subconscious: Dreams teaches. And that they do.

I already knew, as some or all of you may already know, that the subconscious sends messages to the conscious mind during sleep but I don’t think I’ve ever realized just how much is passed about your health, you emotional state, your rational worries and all other stuff during the dreaming process.

It’s amazing that we don’t pay more attention to what our own mind is trying to tell us: That we love or hate someone a lot more than we realize, that the overdue car payment is not that important and that the job we do sucks and makes us uncomfortable. And to generalize, that it may be a good time to change the way we live because it’s getting us sick, mentally and physically.

Pay attention to what you’re telling yourself, sometimes it’s more important than a car, a party that you want to attend or some girl / boy you want to sleep with. Trust me on that.

And as I said on YouTube, I apologize for the sound. Forgot to plug-in my good mic… Next one will be better.

It’s funny because, in America, the news are violent, bloody and filled with unspoken “hate them and love us” stuff but they still make a big deal and a scandal out of half a breast with the nipple covered by a silver star.

The FCC is trying to fine CBS $550 000 for that and they will probably succeed. I wonder how much all the procedures, committees, hearings and paperwork had cost to the government. I’m fairly certain that these people don’t work at $8 an hour.

Anyway, it seems that the breast stunt was a last minute addition by Jackson and Timberlake. And they probably will never pay a dime on that $550 000 if it ever passes.

Funny, isn’t it? And it’s not the first time they did something like that. Every time a soldier dies, they’re all over the streets telling people how much “God hates fag” and stuff. Sad thing is, they have followers in their church (The Westboro Baptist Church) apart from their own family.

First of all, I do believe in some sort of conspiracy from the very big companies, I just don’t believe in a conspiracy that would involve all of the big companies.  I am willing to admit that there’s something going on at the “top level” of our society and that people with a lot of money (and a lot of power, it’s hard to separate them nowadays) are doing their best to keep us either poor or ignorant (or both) but I don’t think every single big companies listed in this video is a part of it.

Come on, Lucas Art part of a global conspiracy to dominate us? They can’t even release a Star Wars movie that has the plot quality of one of the “first three”. Star Wars Galaxies was one of the worst MMORPG ever and we don’t know what happened to the KOTOR series. World Domination is quite a long way to go…

And, as we all know, “evil” tends to destroy itself most of the time. And to be frank, it would have to involve way many people to be viable. Someone, out of fear of retribution or in a flash of good conscience, would blow it.

Well, the catholics and protestants of Ireland have finally come up with some understanding that will finally stop the hostilities on both side.

I’m not Irish and I’ve never been to Ireland but I like the country and the history of the country and I’m glad that they will finally be at peace. At least a little.

I just want to know: Who cares? No, really, I mean, except the family and friend, who might care how she died? It might have been public news (she was a public figure) when she died and the fact that we will know how she died might also be a public news but the inbetween is just plain stupid.

We have been flooded with Anna Nicole Smith’s related news for the past few weeks, note that I don’t know that woman except in the movies and the telly, so I might be interested to know that she died and how she died. I know that I’m not interested of some weeks of “Anna Nicole Smith is dead! Who’s the father of the children? Did she made an overdose?” And blah blah blah…

Please, just move on.

I particularly liked something concerning the little widget recording who clicks on AdSense and such. It’s quite fun.

And now she apparently decided to star in a horror movies instead of porn ones…

Now, I’ve never been a porn fan, but I must say that, seeing this, is quite a cold shower. I think she fell on her head or something. I’m not sure she will be able to work in porn again. I wouldn’t hire her anyway.

Now, everyone that believes in a monotheistic deity (that’s a single God), and some of the others too, think that God created everything. They also think that, for the greater part of the multiple religions, God is good. Well, I have some news for you, folks:

1) God is good.
2) God is also evil.

How can this be possible? Well, it’s fairly simple. If God created everything, then God created the entity we call “Satan”, “The Devil”, “Lucifer” (even if that one is another separate entity, oh well, another debate). When creating “Satan”, God gave him the power and the potential to be good or evil, to obey or to disobey his will.

We already know how it turned out. No need to explain that part. But anyway, God is evil because God gave the possibility of evil to one of his creation.

To push that further, “Satan” is probably just the darker side of God. Since everything he created has an equal and opposite, wouldn’t it be completely logic to assume that he himself has an equal and opposite? But if he is the creator of everything, that may be only the other side of himself.

In conclusion, I would like to quote St Thomas d’Aquin (by memory and translating so it may not be totally exact) “If God existed, then there would be no evil. Evil is present so God don’t exist”.

But, that game is similar, and quite addictive too. The game is named “War Rock” and it’s more or less a FPS game. You frag people, you can request guns (costs money wich is named “Dinars” by the way) and advance through ranks.

The game is free to play and you have access to 3 game modes: The “Mission mode”, where you have objectives to complete (like defuse / pose bombs). The “Infantry combat” mode where you just fight other players and the team with most points wins and the “Vehicle combat” mode. The last one is quite fun, you have access to tanks, helicopters, planes and stuff. I must warn you that, everything that flies is quite hard to maneuver. You will crash them quite a few times before being able to fly straight, let alone attack other people.

The name of the game is Babo Violent 2. It’s a sphere that rolls around with weapons. Said weapons ranging from a simple machine gun to a bazooka. There’s even a sniper rifle! And you know what’s the funniest part of that game? The spheres explode and make a satisfying squishy sound when you kill someone or get killed

Go and try it! It’s rare for people from Canada to make good stuff (I’m Canadian, I’m entitled to say that) so, let’s not waste it. And the next version is coming with even more features!

Yes, we have some expressions that may be considered racist but I know that, at least for myself, it’s never intended to be discriminating in any way. I have talked with racist people over the years and always asked the same question:

1) Why do you hate black people?
2) Why do you think they’re inferior?
3) Do you have any concrete proofs of what you’re saying?

I must say that I have yet to meet someone who can convince me to hate someone on the sole basis of his / her skin color.

The thing I would like to know is, what percentage of Canada / USA is racist. I know that television in USA often pictures the thiefs and murderers as black men (watch the news and shows like “Cops”, you’ll see what I mean) but how does it affects people’s perception of the minorities?

Anyway, it falls to people like you and me to educate the masses and bring them into the light. Or in that case, in the dark (please, don’t hurt me for that one).

As a side note, totally unrelated, I’m sorry if there’s more typos than usual, I’m writing on a laptop.

As you can see by my lack of posting these last few days, I played a lot and I brainstormed with myself (and with a friend) on some projects. Nothing’s definitive but, as usual, you will be the first to know. After me.

I have several ongoing projects, all alted because I have to wait for someone to complete something I asked. Either a text, an image or something. Quite frankly, it pisses me off.

Soon, I will start the website for my little company (I hope) and I also hope that there will be no more waiting.

Why do I see more and more people trying that?

I’m a moderator on a big forum that revolves around making money online and I see a lot of people with links in their signature promoting stuff like “onlinecash.something” or “timetomakemoney.something”. Now I’m sure some of them are legit, there’s always a few good people to really do what they say they will do, but just by looking at the website, you know it’s a scam or an affiliate for a scam program.

You know, big red and flashy “Only $39.99 GET IT NOW!” and stuff. 6 or 7 pages of text in a long ass page that almost noone bothers to read. I did say “almost” because some people read it. And pay the 40 bucks. And get ripped off.

It always makes me sad and happy at the same time. Sad because they give internet businesses a bad name and happy because it leaves the real clients for the people who really wants to offer something good.

Polygamist leader Warren Jeffs has been arrested and prosecuted. You may have heard of him (I never have until today) if you leave in the USA. He was on the run for more than a year and on the FBI’s most wanted list.

Now, that man (I will refrain from calling him otherwise) has been a spiritual leader of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, a group that broke away from the Mormon’s Church about a century ago because they did not allow polygamy anymore. Now, it dosen’t seem that bad right now, does it? I mean, lot of men (and women) would like very much to be polygamists (farewell to the “not tonight, I have a headache” stuff) but it is disgusting. Trust me.

Mister Jeffs has arranged marriages for underage girls in his sect. The girls had to marry older men (of course) and sexually submit to them (what a surprise!). Now I ask you, whatever religion you are that promotes love and good (that includes most of the religions): Can this be allowed? The rape of young girls under the “marriage” by a “Church of Jesus Christ” should be considered a federal offense (in the USA, the constitution is based largely on the Bible).

Warren Jeffs is rumored to have something like 40 wives and 60 children. I’m not sure how the system works in his community, but I doubt a man can handle 60 children and 40 wives, unless he’s Bill Gates.

Funny thing is, he’s been caught by accident, his car was pulled off the road because the license tag was hard to read

First and foremost, I’m not dead. I have had some problems in the last month and I lost the will to write here. But it’s back now and I hope to write jut a little more often. And now, the news…

I have started working on an Arcade site and I think it will be great. Everything will be free (of course) and I think you will find the games to be worth playing. I’m currently rearranging the categories (there’s over 250 games, we need categories) and it should be ready soon.

The project that I was talking about a few posts ago now needs just one thing and it’s been ordered from a friend. I’m still waiting for him to complete it (he’s rather busy at the moment) and I hope to have it soon.

He and I have also planned a blog together (in French for those of you who understands that language) and from the ideas we put together up ’til now, it will be good. We’ll see…

Robin Kraft is a 26 years old mother of 5 children. She has been found guilty of abuse on one of her 5 children in Hamilton County, Ohio. Now, it is not an uncommon thing for a man to get caught doing that, but for a mother, it’s exceptional.

I know that the “mother instinct” thing is not real (facts proves that the mother instinct appeared around the same time as the medecine evolved to a point that mortality rate dropped) but still, how could a mother do that? Let’s leave the mother instinct aside for a moment and let us go deeper into human psyche. Pure survival instinct.

The survival of the species is one of the most powerful instinct that nature gave us and a person like Robin Kraft is just destroying the will of her kids. What will happen to those kids? I don’t know. I don’t know how social services are in USA but I know that here, in Canada, they sucks. Badly. So now, the kids will be marked for life by that undeserving mother and maybe by the social services. Good future, hey?

By the way, I liked the reason the judge gave for the 40 years of prison the mother got, I quote: “Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge David Davis on Friday imposed the maximum sentence, saying Kraft should not be released from prison while she can bear children.“.

I wonder if prisons for women have the same problems as the men prisons, namely drugs and “punish the child molestors”.

Anyway, it’s a sad story.

An extreme case, but still, it can happen to YOU!

There is definatly a pattern in the major companies and the “big shots” of most of the industries (cinema, literature, cartoons, etc…). The pattern is always the same, first they create a fashion, everyone loves it, everyone talks about it and everyone spends money on it. Even when the product is crappy, or becomes crappy after a while, people continues to spend money on it. Here’s the 7 points of the Great Fall© of any money empire:
1) Create something good and enjoyable.
2) Make money from that said product.
3) Hire people to help you create new ideas.
4) Make more money.
5) Screw up.
6) Don’t care because you’re making money.
7) Realize that people are stupid and you can make even more money with a low quality product and a Godly pub campaign.

Compare this chart with almost any big company and/or said “big shots” (Microsoft, Masahi Kishimoto, etc…) and you will have you answer.

The solution is, of course, to stop having money as a primary goal and hire people with NEW ideas. Not that simple, though…

TIOGA-NICETOWN - May 17, 2006 - A Philadelphia man is recovering from an attack, allegedly at the hands of his wife. The assault on his private parts has become public knowledge. In an interview with Action News after his release from, the 52-year-old victim spoke of his terrifying ordeal.
The 52-year-old Tioga-Nicetown man, who we are identifying only by his first name of Howard, arrived home late Wednesday, hours after his wife allegedly tore off two parts of his genitalia with her bare hands. Surgeons at Einstein successfully managed to repair the damage.

Howard/Tioga-Nicetown: “Doctors did a beautiful job in E.R. and the paramedics did a wonderful job, they only took 4 minutes to get here.”
Howard says his 40-year-old wife Monica, who he says is bi-polar, somehow conceived the notion that he was cheating on her. So while he was asleep last night, she attacked him.

Howard: “I mean she just grabbed me all down there and yanking and yanking and tearing me up with those fingernails.”
Police and paramedics rushed to the man’s row home in the 3800 block of Pulaski where they found him bleeding profusely. He was rushed to Einstein where doctors first labeled his condition critical. He was later upgraded to stable after having reattachment surgery and a few doses of morphine. Howard still cannot believe his wife of 11 years would allegedly do this him.

MST3K is a “series” from the USA that presents old and crappy movies. “Why should I watch old and crappy movies?” you ask, well, because it’s FUN. And funny, to say the least.

Old Sci-Fi movies from the 50’s and the 60’s plus the stupid comments of a man and 2 robots. Not to mention the lady who wants to take over the world with her Planet of the Apes like friend and his other friend who is a kind of “last representant of an advanced civilisation” with special powers. Add (stupid) skits based on the movie they’re watching and non-stop jokes about the characters, the crew and the movie in general and you have MST3K.

Watch it! Buy it! But you have to see it!

He is a Troll Shaman and I started an Undead Warrior. We are both level 11 and we just finished the damn level 10 quests for Shamans. It sucks! Walking and walking around the damn Barrens and in Durotar to find a couple of hermit assholes to teach him how to master fire. They should have implemented the “Teach” skill or something like that ;(

Well, at least we had the chance to climb mountains (and jump off mountains too!). The landscapes in this game never cease to amaze me. It’s wide and breath-taking most of the time.

This is one of the many series that gives me the need to write and gather ideas for my own stories.  I am currently working on something (well many things) that I hope you’ll love. It will be a fantasy / modern style story but I don’t know how many pages / chapters it will have.
